Mindset For Success
Mindset for Success (The Dialogues) is a program used in my practice to guide my clients through an inner journey of self-empowerment. This program was designed by psychologist, Dr. Jayne Gardner and blends the studies of Neuroscience, Spirituality, and Psychology. The process helps you increase your self-awareness, teaches you how to let go of limiting programming and old, outdated beliefs. You will learn how to install a healthier new belief system in the brain. The result is a supportive inner voice that assists you in discovering how to be the best version of yourself in your everyday life.
As a Mindset Coach and for deep sustainable change to happen, I assist my clients in breaking through the blocks that keep them stuck. Scientists have discovered that the brain is capable of creating new neural pathways. Scientists call this quality “neuroplasticity.” An extremely powerful tool for individuals who are dissatisfied with particular aspects of their lives, or for people who want to strengthen their leadership abilities and continue to learn, grow, and evolve.
Mindset for Success is a unique program based on Three Spiritual Laws.
- Everything Begins with You (Change yourself and your world changes)
- As within, so without (Whatever you think about, comes about)
- Buried Emotions Never Die (Clear out old entangled emotions and live a healthier longer life of passion and energy)
I support my clients in bringing their thoughts and actions into alignment with their personal truths. Research has shown that people who uphold a positive mental attitude are healthier, develop better coping skills, feel more masterful about themselves and tend to live longer and happier lives. Make your inner world strong. It will help bring forth your best self and strengthen all areas of your life.
“During the first eighteen years of our lives, if we grew up in fairly average, reasonable, positive homes, we were told ‘No,’ or what we could not do, more than 148,000 times. If you were somewhat more fortunate, you may have been told ‘No’ only 100,000 times, or 50,000 times. However many, it was considerably more negative programming than any of us needs.”Meanwhile, during the same eighteen year time period, how often do you suppose you were told what you can do or what you can accomplish in life? A few thousand times? A few hundred times? Whatever the number, for most of us the ‘yes’s’ we received simply didn’t balance out the “no’s.” The occasional words of ‘belief’ were unfortunately just that — occasional — and they were far outweighed by our daily doses of ‘cannots.’
“Through scientific discovery we have proved the relationship between our own “mental programming” and the matter of whether we will succeed or fail in any endeavor we undertake in life. Think for a moment of some of the things you would like to accomplish, or achieve in your life. Earn more income, have a better family life, improve your skills… Whatever means you choose to make the change, unless you first begin to change your old ‘programming,” the years of conditioning that keeps you doing it the old way, the likely outcome is that what you want to accomplish will not work, or will not last.”
Deb has changed the trajectory of my mindset and set me up for success in life. My wife and I are career focused, both working full time, with two kids, 10 and under. I was headed down a path of inner unhealthiness, weekly blurriness of life, and a complete lack of self-reflection. Deb’s coaching style leading me through the Mindset for Success program has helped me not only develop self-awareness, but made me a better husband, father, son, co-worker, and friend. Every person should go through this training to learn more about themselves, especially if they desire to be the best person they can be. It’s self-deception if you tell yourself you are too busy to work on yourself. Deb has the passion and I highly recommend working with her. Give yourself grace and focus on you for a change!
