Embrace A Whole New You
The focus of this interactive workshop is designed to provide you with a framework for deepening your relationship with yourself. You will learn how forming new healthier habits and adopting self-care practices strengthens your self-awareness and brings inner peace. As you make inner shifts and clear out the clutter, you develop a healthier mindset and begin to hear the voice of your authentic self. Living authentically means your higher self is always guiding you towards what is in your highest and best interest. This manifests in better health, happier relationships, and greater abundance.
Neuroscience
Neuroscience supports evidence there is light in the body and the brain is elastic and can be rewired. Your potential is unlimited. A higher concept of yourself involves shedding old limiting beliefs of what you can accomplish and replacing them with new truths. As you shed those beliefs and break through the blocks you start to let go of old emotions. It’s important to feel and express all emotions, the positive as well as the negative. All emotions serve a purpose, but you don’t have to stay attached to the negative ones. Discover how your attitude plays a powerful role in changing the wiring in your brain and affects how you “feel.”
Managing Conflict with Right Thoughts and Right Choices
Gain an awareness of how Spirituality and Neuroscience work hand in hand. Discover how to adopt new ways to improve the mind and spirit. This will strengthen your ability to make more powerful choices using the right thoughts and action steps. How you feel is your choice. You can choose calm over turmoil or peace over worry in your everyday life. As you begin to discover you are not your brain, you will learn to separate your healthy thoughts from the deceptive brain messages. A new mindset will help you overcome negative thinking, stay mentally younger, and grow positive healthy mental pathways.
I was only 24 when I first started working with Debra and some folks may think “what could a 24 year old possibly need a life guru for?” I certainly questioned the same thing at times in the beginning…and in the middle…and maybe even a bit near the end, as Debra has pushed me to points of discomfort in discussion, in private reflection, and in the development of new habits. The work Debra has had me work through, always at a pace honoring my individual experience versus a predetermined timeline, has never failed to be worth the discomfort. There is an intuition Debra has for recognizing when there are still uncovered layers of my beautiful, complex, and personal story crying out for acknowledgment and healing (can you tell that I drank the juice and now only drink the juice for all three meals by referring to my story as beautiful?!)
It is certainly never too early, and never too late, to begin this process. Debra’s personal and professional experiences position her to relate to women, men, young and old, offering guidance that remains relevant for any age and gender.
