How Does Life Coaching Differ from Therapy?
Although life coaching and therapy can complement each other, life coaching is not therapy. Therapy assists clients to resolve past-based issues or traumas. Life coaching does not diagnose or treat, but focuses on the present and is intended to help clients with change and achieve both personal and professional goals for the future.
