Neuroscience supports evidence there is light in the body and the brain is elastic and can be rewired. Your potential is unlimited. A higher concept of yourself involves shedding old limiting beliefs of what you can accomplish and replacing these beliefs with new truths. As you shed these beliefs and break through the blocks you start to let go of old emotions. It’s important to feel and express all emotions, the positive as well as the negative. All emotions serve a purpose but you don’t have to stay attached to the negative ones. Participants will learn how positive self-care practices will improve your inner dialogue.
